Delivery times may be affected during holidays as manufacturers and carriers limit their operations. This is beyond our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday. An incorrect address, customs procedures, and other issues may result in delivery delays.

Tracking Your Order
When your items are shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number or if it does not work, please contact us for assistance!

Tax Note
Our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT is automatically calculated by country. Please check the checkout page for more information.

Address Changes

Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order is shipped, we accept cancellations at any time before the order is dispatched.
